My samsung galaxy m30 is just a year old and i am already having problems with it. Suddenly there is the issue of the screen display not going off. The second problem is that i cannot charge the phone with the original fast charging device. I have tried with other similar phone chargers and the problem persists. Dont know what to do.
Yes it is turned off but the problem persists. I have tried the m30 chargers belonging to other members of my family but it still does not work even in safe mode. So i tried my old samsung charger and that is working. It is not the fast charging type though.
