No screen Recorder icon

I am not able to see screen Recorder icon in my notification panel. I am using Samsung Galaxy m21. Does anyone know what is problem

try this app. it is as same as inbuilt screen recorder. You can also record by pulling down the notification panel and toggling on screen recording icon with this app. Iam using this app.
