I am using Galaxy M31. On locked screen, it is not showing missed call notifications. Remaining all notifications are showing normally except missed calls.
Few days ago I was facing the same issue. Try performing the wipe cache partition it may solve your problem because that's the only solution I got from the officials and other Samsung members as well.
