I dont know why but Samsung is non frequent with the updates in M20! And on the other hand I got Galaxy A10 which is already on November security patch update! Whereas M20 is still stuck in August's update! It feels disappointing!!
I went to samsung center and asked them about updates, they said "Quarterly update doesnt mean that you will surely get the update on that month. They said that the updates can come anytime when developers wish and is not fixed that you will receive it quarterly "
