No Screen Record option even after One UI 3.1 Update

Even after yesterday's One UI 3.1 Update, there's no sign of Screen Recording feature yet. Dumbest omission by Samsung so far.

Also, the Live Caption feature's totally useless. 70% of the generated subtitles are not apt.

All my 16k bucks totally went in vain. 

Not gonna buy any Galaxy device ever again.

Nope A series also have screen recorder but not all
