No Goodlock app on Galaxy store or Google Play store

I couldn't find Goodlock app on Galaxy store or Google Play store. I tried it installing from third party website like xda but it says that the app is not compatible with my m31s. Why does this happen to devices running One UI core version??

Because Samsung disabled support of Goodlock for devices running OneUI core. Goodlock is only available in certain markets and for limited number of premium Galaxy devices.

No. Because m21 doesn't support Samsung Knox.
