No Carrier Aggregation on M51

Hi, I want to know why samsung has disabled carrier aggregation in M51 ? I know SD 730G supports CA then why Samsung doesn't want its users to use it to its full potential  ?

it's give you a maximum speed upto 30 Mbps. It's due to carrier aggregation. I hope Samsung will fix this soon
