No 720p, 1080p option in youtube in Galaxy M51

Video quality is restricted to 480p only i cannot go beyond that in Galaxy M51. Kindly tell the reason why this restriction is there. While in other phones the option is available.

I checked on both devices M31s and my new M51 which I bought it yesterday only
Its like finding 1080p is like find blue moon. Getting restricted to 480p for no reason
