No 720p, 1080p option in youtube in Galaxy M51

Video quality is restricted to 480p only i cannot go beyond that in Galaxy M51. Kindly tell the reason why this restriction is there. While in other phones the option is available.

During this pandemics Youtube and other video streaming serices like amazon prime netflix etc has reduced their all videos quality to 480p but you can access 720p and 1080p on high speed wifi and also sometime on mobile data

but in M30s u can watch videos in 1080p via mobile data in Youtube

That was from April to September.
This month we can go upto any resolution the device supports.
