I personally think that Samsung should provide us Android 11 too as m20/m30 was the phones that hitted their budget oriented sales again.

True, moreover UI1.0 lasted for hardly 6 months, it makes no sense to provide two major OS updates within 6 months and within 9 months of release of a phone.
