New released M31 mike problem

I am facing problem with my phone's mike. In built in sound recorder....the mike is working fyn, recording well. But while a whatsapp call or in Pubg, the other person is unable to hear my sound. Also facing the problem in normal call.

Any help please..

i ihave given all permissions...the problem is occuring while i am using the loudspeaker .

slow speed also creates problems

no issue with internet...its working fyn.....the problem is occuring even in a gsm call, when we use loudspeaker...

Even i am facing the same issue with this new samsung m31s. 

Manufacturing defect is there i understand.

On whatsapp video call or when used with earphones the other person is able to listen. Else the receiver face alot of issue to hear the sound clearly. Its just next to impossible to hear

i talked to a customer care person.....he told me to clear cache and data of the system app "sound picker". i did the same...but not worked at all.

My samsung m31 is also having a same issue that the sound is not auditable to other side when on loudspeaker. Is there any fix to resolve it.
