New bug in samsung M33 5g

I was randomly scrolling my gallery and I wanted to transfer photo from gallery to scire folder but I didn't find the option so I restarted the phone again it doesn't appear 

So after that I went to play store and search for samsung gallery and there the Samsung gallery is not compatible to my phone 

And also in galaxy store the same problem is there 

I request samsung to resolve this issue ASAP

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members App as a error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update it's maybe fix it by Samsung team soon.
