You are lucky....I bought one yesterday but it is constantly crashing and due to this I'm unable to even change the ringtone.

What's happening? Do you think its a software issue? Have you tried to get in touch with the cust services people?

I failed to notice that asking with the old apps and files from the Honor 8 lite phone, the EMUI and Themes were also installed automatically. One of the Samsung members pointed it out to me and I immediately uninstalled all the Honor apps and restarted the phone. Now it works fine.
