Network reception is very low in Samsung galaxy M21? What is the solution?

Dear Samsung,

Cant getting network in M21. What's the solution for the same? 

Same SIM tried in another phone and It working good in terms of internet and network connectivity.

or it may be slow network due to covid19 & 🔐 there is heavy traffic on servers now days . it increased by 40% more then previous months

check Network Signal Strength in settings>about phone>status>sim card status. The Signal Strength should not be less than -90db. If it is -100db or lower then there is a problem in network strength. Then cross check signal strength with some other mobile on same network.

Thanks for reply. I have checked signal strength and it is above -100db. but same sim I tried in another phone is working good in terms of network connectivity or reception.

Then you can try doing factory data reset after doing backup with Samsung Smart Switch App. My Mobile Data was fluctuating and I did Factory Data Reset and now problem is gone.
