Network problem on m30s

Jab bhi mai dual sim on karta hu tu mere sim 1 Ka volte network chala jata hai our internet 4g se 2g pe ata hai... Dual SIM off krta hu our sim 1 on karta hu tab network ata hai ...plz help me.....

Same issues.. Network issues started from July update. With airtel slow speed and frequent switching between 2g/h+ and 4g. This was the 1st time I'm seeing 2g in M30s. Even service center reflashing doesn't help.
