Network issues, internet connection cut off and poor wifi quality

Dear Samsung team, look into this,

I have Samsung M31, and use dual sim jio and airtel.. while using internet automatically internet speed becomes 0 kb/sec... And it remains so untill I turn on flight mode.... It's very annoying while streaming or watching YouTube also... I tried the ways  Samsung team told me to automatic resister network but it doesn't work....

  Also there is another problem regarding wifi quality, other mobile brands give the good connections than the Samsung M31 for the same distance....

Do I need to visit service centre for that fault

contact your network operator. it's your network problem, not mobile problem.

I have the same issue, and yeah after turning on and off the flight mode the internet works fine
