Network issue with galaxy F62

Hello   SAMSUNG,  I've purchased F62 & using it from last week but got some issues which made me very disappointed.  Network issue is the major issue. I'm using dual 4g sim, 1. Jio, 2. BSNL. I've followed all tricks but got no result. After connecting mobile data it sometimes connects to the network and sometimes got stuck. Carrier aggregation is not available in the device also. Where other companies  give Carrier aggregation support in low budget phone,  the giant samsung  is not giving this to its mid come high budget phone F62.
So, plz. solve the issue which is very irritating. 

Sound of the device is also not upto the mark. Plz. enrich it's volume.

I'm not a heavy gamer & the device isnot for heavy gaming, so that in my point of view, heating is quite natural & not a issue. The 9825 exynos chipset is performing well in respect of daily usage. Ram management is superb. No lags found. But the network issue is very irritating. Many of times mobile data isn't connecting which is very frustrating & never expect from one the giant of electronics like SAMSUNG. Hope this will be fixed very soon.

There is nothing new, every Samsung Galaxy mobile has same problem due to not having Carrier Aggregation.

I also facing same issue since 2 years.

Want carrier aggregation
Provide feedback to samsung developers via feedback section(ask questions section), they need a minimum no. Of feedback from individual users (respect to no. of sales of device across all platforms), to add a premium feature. To provide feedback in samsung members app, Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Ask questions. If you want quicker action, write on every channel, whatsapp, samsung members app - ask question and error report, ceo escalation desk, service head desk, call toll free no. , support email of samsung, youtube, samsung content help( google it),samsung live chat,twitter, instagram,facebook,linkedin,etc.
