Network issue in Galaxy M31

I'm facing lot of connectivity issue in my galaxy M31, most of the times when I'm surfing the internet, the internet stops working the network strength os full but the internet doesn't work. And then I have to either switch off my phone or put it into flight mode and then switch it off in order to start using the internet. My 4 year old phone from Lenovo has better signal quality than Galaxy M31. I just want Samsung team to look into this issue and resolve it in the next update. A alot of M31 users are facing this issue as I have seen in the community posts.

i am also using m30s last 8 month i suffered this issue finally samsung fixed last July update wait samsung fix this issue m31 user next update also send feeback to samsung via member app

same..
it falls back to 2G from 4G without going in 3G..
also there is no 4G only option (except for Jio)

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

* Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.

Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).

I have done all the step required, reset network settings, swaps the SIM cards, reset APN settings still I'm facing the issue. Can you please tell me what next I can do to solve my problem. will factory reset my phone solve the issue as I start to face this issues after June update
