Network issue in Galaxy M 31

I have two phones one is M 31 and another is Red Mi 8A dual both having Jio Sims for using Data. Yesterday night  I could not open any pages or youtube in my M 31 but In Red Mi it was running smoothly without any buffering.  Can any one tell me why this happened? Any solution?

It is because of lack of 4g+, send feedback to samsung to enable 4g+

After exchanging many mails Samsung clearly mentioned that this M31 does not have 4g carrier aggregation hardware. They lack. This is a serious customer fraud from Samsung.
