Network down issue when connect 4G

Purchased M20 phone on April 2019,

I can't make or receive a call when connect 4G. 

It means not issue with 4G internet network. But, mobile doesn't allow incoming or outgoing calls when using 4G. Discussed with network providers. They used another normal phone and checked the sim, and then said, No any issue found on both sim. Issue is with your mobile device. Went to service centre on last week. I couldn't get any proper response from them.

Bad service and personally I'm giving 2.5 stars out of 5.

ok whats your provider or sim provider??

if using 4G you cant make call that it is network provider fault as 4G voice over calls are subject to network end .

let me know the SIM provider that you are using

First enable VoLTE if you want to have incoming and outgoing calls while using 4G network coverahe

second verify whether your network coverage jas VoLTE coverage

third many provider in SRI LANKA can not support all devices for Voice over calls in 4G as Sri Lanka has no True LTE only provider

to resolve this you have two options

provide the name of your network provider

second set your network in auto mode

Your model has all required elements for voice and video call using 4G .

go and ask them to accept an complaint as they can not provide Voice over service to this device

any normal person withtechnical sound knowledge knows if you can't make calls using 4G its because the provider is not able to give Voice over 4G to the device
