In samsung m51, internet is on. I have data plan. Internet works on some apps like playstore,Google Chrome, YouTube, etcetera.  But on apps like whatsapp, Phonepe, bhim upi, etcetera 3rd party app, even this samsung member app, work only for some time after restarting the device. Have done all troubleshooting steps, even software is updated.  But it has not been fixed.
