After  android 11 update I can't find recent buttons on navigation bar as you see on the screenshot below. I restarted my phone but same issue. Then I factory reset my phone but....👺. i asked for help on samsung "error report" but no response 😕. I will highly appreciate if you share the solution.

go to settings, apps then search these two apps and turn off battery optimising and allow background activity and background data usage
clear data of all these apps
then tell here in the comment if it worked or not

Perform reset apps preferences once

settings>apps>click 3 dots at top right>select reset apps preferences

also change your device theme to deafult

once Reboot in a safemode

steps to turn safemode;
long press on power button>
long press on power off option>click on safemode >your mobile will restart and turn into safemode.

Though after factory reset it's happening sometimes but still getting same problem 😕.
