I have paid 12800 rs but they didn't send me any order id or proper response to our call. They use to say 24hr , 48hr , 1 week .... but never solved. Still they are saying "we'll raise a complaint " they don't have option to connect us with higher authority but we are asking  atleast cant they ask in their personal number about this problem. I need justice or else ill go on posting about this SAMSUNG **bleep**!!! Everywhere in social media. Not only me all my friends and family will do soo.
Pleazzzzz do refund our money🙏. Hum app ke jesa customers ko cheat kar ke paisa kamaya nahi...

first in my suggestion you need to post all your issue in a positive and good manner, in threatened way not useful for you at all, if not believe try it and lets see.
2nd thing contact them on WhatsApp and by using get help section untill and unless your problems get resolved
