NETWORK ISSUE #GALAXY M21

i have two sim card 1)vi ,2)jio

. .when i insert both sim in my m21 (sim 1-vi /sim 2-jio) .vi network started 4g >3g>2g . Continually switching single in every 3-4mints .  ..not stable.. but 

if i remove the jio sim and insert only vi sim then its works fine .....if i insert both sim again its started again .

i already checked multiple time ..also check on another phone .vi work properly..

i think its samsung fault. not vi ....their phone can't handle dual sim with dual 4g signal. 

if anyone also facing this problem on galaxy m21 or any other model kindly comment on this post .

• reset your apn settings 
• reset your phone 
• remove your sim 
• check on safe mode .
• **bleep** bla ......

I also had same problem I'm my m31 

I solved it for myself by doing this:

Insert Vi sim in sim slot 1

Jio sim in sim slot 2

Turn off volte for sim 1-vi

It works fine for me after doing the above.

I am facing the same network issue with my M51 mobile. We facing the issue 6 months .

We have changed the new sim all but not working properly

My wife have the Samsung M31S , today we tried to use my sim to my wife phone very nice network and perfect network connectivity.

We put my wife number into my M51 mobile then the network issue happens opposite voice wont hearable.

Ver worst we decided to stop buying sumsung in future

Dont buy the Sumsung its waste of the cost.

Yas i can try batter natwork speed in samsung max vpn but fir bhi noo slove my problam . mana har sim.dal ka dakh lie sab ma hii same
