My phone M30s is continuously keeps on restarting

After I  did an android 10 update of July, now My phone M30s is continuously keeps on restarting, I have done factory reset, then also issue not resolved. I do not install any third-party software till reset. Please advise how to resolve it.

steps to turn safemode;
long press on power button>
long press on power off option>click on safemode >your mobile will restart and turn into safemode.

2nd you can wipe cache partition

Wipe Cache Partition.
Steps to perform.
1) Turn off the device.
2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the spower button.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
6) Press the Power key to restart the device.

This steps cleans Cache Partition which is stored in your device.

if after all that if same problem persist then last option is either wait for next update or visit service centre

Reset doesn't help means nothing helps. Only 2 cases 1. Boot partition issue fixed with reinstalling software
2. Motherboard issue

In both cases you have to visit service center. Hope it is just a software glitch. Reflashing fixes. 👍👍

To resolve auto restart issue please follow below given steps:-
Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Turn off auto start.

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app along with short video while phone is restarting and error log file(Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
