My Samsung M31's screen stops/freezes/lockup while using and it shutdown/restart

Let me tell you the problem first,

It's simple when i uses my smartphone it automatically stops the process , my screen gets freezed and it gets restarted .

 My whole process gets wasted and patience level crosses all limits.

1.) After my warranty ended , this problem starts occuring .

2.) I went to Samsung Service Center , they asked me to Factory Data Reset the phone and They will update the software .

3.) Updating the software by them also didn't worked.

4.) Now they are asking to change the motherboard , and it costs around 7-8k and the reselling of my samsung m31 is not more than 4-5k.

5.) No option left , just use this useless **bleep** smartphone with so many Problems .

Always the middle class has to suffer.
