  • My Samsung M20 not working properly. Please help!, Its auto shutdown every 1 hours or 5 minuts.
  • Stuck samsung logo and some time later restart again. Facing this problem after update security patch 2021. Please help me!

I'm very disappointed for samsung.

Backup and reset your device to factory data reset, and after it update it to latest version.
If problem remains same, please visit Samsung care.

i haven't faced this issue after updating my phone, however it seems you're encountering motherboard issues, which means you'd have to visit the service center.

Remove if you have inserted a memory card
If the same issue persists remove your SIM card and switch on

A faulty SIM card or memory card might be a culprit

If both these not help

Put your phone in safe mode and try then you can find whether any installed apps are making problems
