My Samsung Galaxy M30s camera has issue after one ui 2 updates

Does anybody faces issue while recording videos that by turning on video stabilization the resolution and video quality degrades like shooting from 2MP camera.?

but i thought stabilisation need more light and i should only take in sun light like that
