Mobile struck during installation of software update

I have faced a problem with new patch update released for Samsung Galaxy M31 on 11, April 2020. 

It seems that there was a problem with the patch. When I contacted customer care, first they asked me to restart my mobile as a first aid. Since i already tried that I asked for alternate work around. They simply told that "Please visit our service center after lockdown". 

I really got irritated as we don't know when will this lockdown come to an end and how to manage untill that without a mobile. 

Since Samsung is a big concern, this is not at all fair to release a patch without testing it and that too during lockdown period.

Point to be noted, it affected all who and all tried updating this patch. First time I bought Samsung mobile and felt bad with this experience. 

I couldn't switch off the mobile too. I almost struggled more than 13 to 14 hours and finally got a solution but unnecessarily wasted my money (8gb data), my time and energy.
