Mobile network preferred Sim and messages is not detected

After Sim insertion it only shows the Sim is inserted, but preferred Sim and message is not shown pls guide

Should be in 'sim card manager' under connection / network settings. Sim preferences might not show if only one sim inserted.

Yes you might have turned off the sim
While using dual sim if it doesnt work try removing the sim and reinsert it
