Mobile Hotspot is not working with Laptop

I am having Sumsung M31 s  and i am facing the same issue while connecting the mobile hotspot with Laptop (HP and Acer) . I am able to connect hotspot of other mobile on same laptop.

Please resolve the issue.

try these steps

1. Forget all WIFI devices which were connected earlier.
Again turn on WIFI> Scan> and try to connect.

2. Or click on "add network "and try to add manually.
If after all settings if won't work then

 3. Reset network settings >Settings>General Management>Reset >Reset network settings)

same issue with A21s other phone hotsport working but A21s hotsport not showing on my laptop

Try updating the network driver of your PC/ Laptop. Control panel> Hardware and sound> Device manager > Network adapters - here you will get the name of the specific network adapter in your computer. Search for network adapter drivers for your Windows version and manufacturer (hp , Lenovo etc.). Download and install the latest driver available.

To resolve the hotspot issue kindly perform below given step:-

- To configure the hotspot follow the steps:-
Settings>Connections>Mobile hotspot and tethering>Mobile hotspot>More option (three dots)>Configure mobile hotspot>Configure mobile hotspot and tap on save.

After performing above steps If the issue still persist kindly send us the screenshot, videos and error log file with in 15 minutes of issue occurrence through error report section from Samsung Member Application:- Samsung member application > Click on get help > Send feedback > Error report, so that we can help you out to solve the issue.
