I purchased M30s handset on Jan20 , just after 1 year, in Feb21 the handset got crashed. I received a Software update and after 1 day the handset got crashed. Samsung is cheating customers by giving updates and thereby crashing the software. Now the Customer servicing is not responding aptly. Never purchase any mid range phone of Samsung.
They have told that it's a hardware issue. Need to replace Motherboard for 9k. Many have reported this issue with their M30s as well. It freezes while starting at Samsung logo.
I have used Honor/Mi but this Samsung had always a problem, hanged a lot, malfunctioned suddenly. Through frustrated now with this issue, I always had a thought to throw this **bleep** into dustbin.
