Dual audio feature is missing from Samsung galaxy M53 5g. I pay 25000 for what less features

This feature is available on under 15000 Samsung mobiles. I have waste my money on Samsung M53.

You checked mobile which one ui current in that phone check after because samsung remove this feature in one ui 5.1

I have m31s on one ui 4.0 this feature available on but my m33 5g doesn't have runing on one ui 5.1
