Missed Calls notifications not showing Galaxy M21

After applying recent software updates,  missed calls notifications are now shown.

Attaching screen shot of Phone App setting where all options are disabled..!!!

How can I get these notifications now..?

click on the missed call button then u will get missed call notification

its is desable by default and can not change this parameter. I guess this is bug in last update.
