Microphone galaxy m51 issue

, there is a problem with the Galaxy m51 microphone. When you open a game of PUBG, my voice becomes very weak and hardly heard by others. I bought this device for PUBG and everyone bought it for PUBG, and in calls when the speaker is opened, the sound becomes weak also,

please solve the problems quickly.

To resolve "microphone" issue kindly follow the given below step:

>>Reset the device and before resetting the device make sure to create data backup of your device via Smart Switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
Settings > General Management > Reset.

And to resolve "Sound" issue kindly follow the given below step:

>>Check device in safe mode: Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears >Press and hold the power off icon.
Exit safe mode: Hold the power button and select restart on the device.
