Mega Monster M31 Launch Event Recap

On February 19th Samsung India hosted an exclusive hands-on experience of unboxing of Samsung Galaxy M31 with the perks of interaction with none other than Gaurav Chaudhary aka Technical Guruji for the Samsung Members Brand Ambassadors.

The plan was of having a day full of exciting activities, interesting discussions and exclusive Samsung unboxing and the venue was decided as Cirrus 9, Oberoi Delhi.

It was the first time that around 30 of the BAs were going to meet and everyone was really excited for the event.

The event started with the registration and each of the BA were welcomed with the MEGA MONSTER KIT.

We had an exciting energy boosting session with Sahil Bajaj.

Then we were introduced with Meghana of M-Series Team. Each of us got the chance to express ourselves about what M-Series stands for us in life.

Mr. Shivam of M-Series Team, told us every Mega Monstrous features of the all new Samsung Galaxy M31.

One of the exciting part of the event was meetup with Mr. Gaurav Chaudhary.

We had a blast with him, he told us many things about himself and answered several questions that we put up in front of him.

Coming to the event, the first activity we had was to make three teams with 8 Bas in each team. Each team got one M31 for the group event and each group had to take several shots according to the rules.

After the first event we went for the lunch.

Then came the most exciting part of the event, when each of us got the chance to unbox the Samsung Galaxy M31 with 64MP Quad Camera, 6000 mAh Battery & 6.4" Infinity-U sAMOLED Display.

Honestly, this phone is for the millennials. Everything is monstrous for this phone except the price.

Starting at only 14,999 for that beautiful sAMOLED display and biggest battery in its segment which will keep going on with you.

what is the problem with vedios recordings and not able to listen music means  very low volume.. After  restarting  everything  is ok... not  possible to  restarting  every time to restarting  mobile

Have they fixed the lag/stuttering issues on Instagram and animations (app transitions etc.) with One UI 3.0?

Hi Samsung,

Please pay attention on fixing a big defect of earphone noise with M31s which almost every single buyer of this phone is facing including me.

The main features of the noise that I noticed:
-Static buzzing noise, approximately 60 hertz. Explicitly manifests itself at a low volume level when playing any sound (keyboard sounds, music, YouTube).

-When scrolling pages and gestures of zooming, the frequency of the background noise changes slightly.

-When changing the screen orientation from vertical to horizontal, the noise practically disappears.

-If you listen to music with a locked screen, the noise disappears completely!

-When charging is connected, static noise is mixed with charging interference. It becomes even louder and more noticeable (infuriates much more)

Please do not buy this phone, causing hang and restart issue in some month only, then no used of battery and monster things if you need to change the motherboard of 9K.

Worst Phone.  Its monster money monster.

Most of samsung user are facing same issue.  When we go to samsung service center they will ask for motherboard change which will cost atleast 6-7k . Is it worthy? not at all. No one will replace because its already 1 year old phone . it not guarantee, it will resolve problem.   This must be reason that people will not purchase samsung phone again. Not only M series , all samsung smartphone will be waste after 1 year. ANd need to replace motherboard.  How shity motherboard you guys have.

What do you think, if such a phone is useless, it can be used as a bitcoin miner? I mean a phone that was bought and now, due to its flaws, it is not suitable for use. Do you have any other ideas? So that it does not lie uselessly on the desk.

M31 is the worst phone from Samsung , its hanging and restarting and service center is saying to change the mother board .

Every Samsung M31 phone getting hanging and freezing issue .. service center said need to change motherboard .. how come just after warranty this motherboard issues coming.. shame on you guys.. eating all middle class money.. People are shouting everywhere these M series phones getting issues .. samsung sleeping .. wakeup provide resolution to customers.. absolute nonsense mobiles
