Okay so this is my first post here on samsung community.
Apologies for grammer mistakes I'll make.
The reason for which I am writing this post is my Samsung M20 mobile wasn't responding to touch.
I thought touch is gone.
This happend Two days ago on 16th December, around 4.15pm.
I had 17% mobile battery and I turned on UPSM and kept my mobile on charging.
I forgot to turn data off. I use directional lock, so I tried many times but touch wasn't responding at all.

Except for fingerprint gesture. I could only use it and scroll down notification panel.
I couldn't do anything else.
I was so much scared and frustrated.

I tried rebooting device, but since touch wasn't responding. I couldn't restart it.

Untill then, charging was 27%
I unplugged and called from my mom's cellphone.
No touch still.

I decided to drain battry to 0.
It took me 6 hours to drain battry to 0%
It was horrible.
At night, I put it on charging. It started charging. And fingers Crossed lol.

And rebooted it at 3%.
And tried unlocking it. AND IT WORKED.
Thank God.
I instantly turned off UPSM and I'm never going to turn UPSM on.

I faced many errors like OneUI home keeps stopping. And while playing PUBG, I couldn't use WhatsApp. It used to show same error.
Crashing of different apps on my phone. Notification panel bug. Lag and more.

It's my humble request to Samsung to fix this bugs and release a stable FOAT update to fix this ASAP.

Apologies for the cancerous grammar.

With regards,
Shubham

It is recommended to do a Hard reset after firmware update. This will reduce your problem. I've also m20 but haven't faced this issue even after Android 10 update.
