"I’m experiencing a green line issue on my Galaxy M52 screen, which seems to have been caused by a software update or product defect. The service center has quoted INR 7,500 for the repair, even though the phone is just 2 years old. I’m quite disappointed that Samsung isn’t addressing this as a quality or manufacturing issue, especially since this seems to be happening to many users. Has anyone managed to get this fixed without paying, or are there any known ways to escalate this to Samsung support? This feels like a product quality issue that Samsung should stand behind."

Complain on National consumer helpline app, they won't give it for free, it's a worldwide scam from them.
