M51 suddenly wierd experiance with display

My samsung M51 screen appears as glassy/cloudy/transparent why it is.

Also observed some of the text appears as not filled like in below image. Why this cause?

Also many of My messaging apps and other apps, links and tags as plain text.

Please let me know, what couldn't be the reason for all this issues.

This is all suddenly starting behaving like this.
