M51 earphones mic problem.

My samsung m51 has an issue. The earphones mic is not working.  Searched many solution but nothing helped. Earphones sound is coming but mic is not working.  But the mic is working is every device expect this . Updated to latest software still no solution.  If anybody can help it will do better.
