Mera m51 ki battery drain bahut fast ho rahi hai koi bhi faltu ki apps install nahi hai or rat ko 25-30 tak drain hoti hai.

* Put unnecessary and more battery consuming apps(check on the device care which app consumes more battery) on deep sleeping on device care battery section << deep sleeping mode ( don't put imp necessary apps on this )
* Disable allow background activity of unnecessary apps in their app info battery section ..
* clear wipe cache partition from recovery mode ..
* go to safe mode ...
* optimize all your apps using galaxy app booster (available in 3rd party site like apkmirror ; if necessary)
If these ways didn't make changes then the
The best way is to FACTORY RESET your phone after backuping all your data and moving them to sdcards ...

In addition to this, Don't bother with few minutes of drain but focus on how much SoT you get at the end of the day

I also faced this same issue on April security patch during sleeping but after the new update it is improved...

The total SOT u get from 100%-to till u use really matters
