Galaxy MTry these steps-
1) Clear the data of calendar app
2) Scan your device through device care
3) Scan your device through AVG ( nstall it from playstore)

Galaxy MSelect the event, then there will be a Repeat menu(under Alert menu(Bell Icon)), select it and select "Don't repeat" option from it. That's it
