M51 Display issue

In Samsung M51, Whenever a Black picture is scrolled through a blue tint follows on at the end of picture.

For example when the black image is swiped to bottom, then top end of the picture having blue lining/tint momentarily, it is visible on low brightness, hard to notice on full brightness.
