M40 Over Heating force Closing Apps

From today onwards this issue happening.
Earlier mobile used to become more hot then it is being while showing this prompt. But never shown this prompt before from past 1.5 years.
Unable to use any app.
Anybody have any solution ??

First take your backup then do hard reset.

Can you ... Following those steps ..... ???

1)_ open your settings, then 'connections'> more connection settings > Nearby device sceanning > off

2)_ settings > location > improve accuracy > wifi + blutooth scenning > off

3)_ advanced features > Motions and gestures > 'lift to walk' & 'keep screen on....' > off

4)_ Battery and Device care > Battery > more battery settings > first charginf > off.... (if your phon is over heated)

5)_ Battery and device care > 3 dots > Automation > Adaptive Power saving > on ....

6)_ settings > notifications > included apps > All apps > off ..... (only turn on wats app, message, fb...)

7)_ settings> Always on Display > saw as scheduled


Follow those settings to save more battery ❤❤❤
