M35 camera overfade color problem

I'm using m35 from September 2024 , there is a color overfade problem in nature photos like leaf , trees & flowers .. I was hoping that software updates will solve this problem , but this isn't solved it yet.. already there are 4 updates .. I'm attaching some samples to identify you the issue

As you can see , m35 clearly overfaded the colors.. even your 4 year old m31s taking close to natural shot ..

Please follow these easy troubleshooting steps which may help in resolving this issue. We are taking your feedback regarding this matter and will take it into consideration for future updates.

● Reset the camera settings: Tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps:
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember password then advise to reset (Forgot password) your Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tap on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Thanks for replying .. I have already tried the steps mentioned above .. It's an issue that can only be fixed throught software updates .. Please take it into consideration
