M34 dual audio feature missing

I recently purchased Samsung galaxy M34, i not able to play 2 bluetooth device i check it my Bluetooth device and m34 both are above v5

I don't know why this feature is missing

In the settings>app>SELECT APPLICATION> battery> optimize or restricted
