Issue Category: Call / Audio / Software Bug
Description of the Issue:
I am facing a persistent issue when making direct video calls from the native dialer. When the receiver's network is weak or the call gets disconnected due to a network glitch, the phone's audio system gets completely blocked.
Key Symptoms:
- After the call freezes and disconnects, I cannot make any new calls.
- Media sound in apps like YouTube and Facebook stops working entirely.
- The system behaves as if it is still stuck in a call state.
- Toggling Flight Mode does NOT resolve the issue.
- A full Device Restart is the only way to restore sound and calling functionality.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Start a direct video call from the Phone app.
- Wait for a network fluctuation or forced disconnection.
- Try playing any video or making a new call immediately after.

"Hi koushikDey, main samajh sakta hoon ki flagship-level feature use karte waqt aisa system blockage hona kitna annoying hai. Ye ek software glitch lag raha hai jo dialer aur audio driver ke beech coordination tootne se hota hai.
Aap ye steps try karein, umeed hai help hogi:
1️⃣ Force Restart: Sabse pehle phone ko Restart karein. Isse stuck huye background audio processes reset ho jayenge.
2️⃣ Clear Dialer Cache: Settings > Apps > Phone (Dialer) > Storage mein ja kar 'Clear Cache' karein. Kabhi-kabhi dialer ka purana data calls freeze kar deta hai.
3️⃣ Reset Network Settings: Settings mein ja kar 'Reset Network Settings' try karein, isse network glitch ki wajah se hone wale call drops kam ho jayenge.
4️⃣ One UI 8.5 Ka Intezar: Doston, jaisa ki maine pehle bhi kaha hai, Samsung abhi naye animations aur features (jaise Ocean Blur) test kar raha hai. January patch ke baad kuch devices mein aise bugs aaye hain, jo One UI 8.5 ke stable update mein 99% fix ho jayenge.
Extra Tip: Tab tak ke liye aap third-party apps (WhatsApp/Google Meet) se video call try kar sakte hain agar native dialer mein zyada issue aa raha hai.
