M31s charge time issue

My galaxy M31s takes a lot of time to charge. There is no sense of claiming 25W FAST charging if it takes more than 2.5 hours to fully charge.

This problem occured after the september update.

for me another problem arose
that is screen on time is just 8 hours from 100% charge
battery is draining fast after September update
samsung please rectify this in your next update

My phone takes exactly 100 minutes to charge from 0 to 100%. Check if fast charging is disabled.

the fast charging option is enabled and grayed out. can't do anything with it.

turn off mobile data, sync and other gps services. then charge your phone and don't use your phone while charging. close all background apps.

I also felt same issue after September security patch. There is nothing like fast charging.

I live in Kolkata, high temperatures. And remove your device from charging to get that option of fast charging. It will be grayed out if your device is on charging.
