M31s battery draining issue & slow charging

This phone is ridiculous. Battery was okay when i bought now after usage of 20 days  it started showing its true colours. 6000 Mah of battery only giving 7hr of screen on time which is not making sense at all and when i check battery usage i don't find any app consuming large amount of battery. 

 

And who said it supports fast charging?

It take 2:30hrs to charge from 0 - 100% it is ridiculous considering 25 watt charger it should somewhere around 1:45 but nope it takes sometimes forever to charge even with airplane mode on.

 

Last but the least,

My phone gets heat even if i dont perform any task. Only area around front camera gets heated up. 

 

Even getting complaints form many users samsung not interested in solving the issue. I think samsung only care about S series. They are very bad at resolving customers issue especially ones who own M series smartphone. I would not recommend any one literally anyone to go for Samsung they after sale service is frustrating. I have a very very bad experience with my M31s. Now i know my Apple, Xiaomi, Realme, are most favoured brands for customers they don't ignore problems like samsung always do. 

 

I hope samsung solve this issue i have tried every possible solution on internet and i think this can only be solved by ota updates. And i know as always M series will get ignored they will be busy in pampering S series owners.

ridiculous means ? how did you update last software? if it's by mobile data or wifi then this will happend only... samsung provides non A/B partition type ota software not like other company hence if someone simply update software via mobile data or wifi then there will be maximum chances to produce software loop holes which can create anything unexpected mysterious with device... allaways use smart switch and pc or from odin or through authorised samsung service center to install software especially in samsung devices..... I am using same device not a single issue is there because I never update any software via mobile data or wifi which is not proper way...multiple times Samsung said that use smart switch and pc 🖥

Yes i have update (September security patch) my device through wifi. Now if it has to be updated through smart switch through pc then why Samsung keep  an option of Auto download over wifi? 

 

Now what should i do? Battery is draining fast, Slow charging, Heating issues.

it's because it's a Korean company they state wifi according to their speed which never fluctuate during update..in India it's never possible..they tell wifi but allaways recommend smart switch... and afterall wifi and mobile data is not also problem,, problem will be there if that downloaded software not installed fully or correctly by damaging software side... not only samsung it's better to use stable carrier to install software allaways is good ... and you can't imagine if someone simply update software via mobile data or wifi then which mysterious can be happened especially in samsung devices....even display and motherboard can destroy forever as many users in this forum faced already.....because of those reasons only Google mandate A/B partition type ota software from Android 11

bro .please perform a perfect factory reset ( not only from backup and reset section,, from factory mode also) if then also not solved then please flash your last firmware from Samsung service center or wait for next security patch update then when it will arrived then please use smart switch and pc to install that or flash that from service center..... those are the only process because if software loop hole over software already present then none of the battery tricks or tips will helpful bro ..

i done software update through 3 authorised service center still same problem persist here
issues like heating while charging,even during normal usage and battery drain etc

atleast samsung need to admit that problem in m31s if they dont know the solution
basically, they dont know the solution

simply they fooling us...

it might be you have turned off fast charging option.
if you need to turn on it just follow the
steps.
Go to settings in your Samsung M31s
settings
Then go to device care. there you will be able to see a option which name is
battery. click on it
Just enable fast charging.

No, Fast charging is enabled still it is taking 2:30hrs

Even I am facing this issue. Before update it used to take only 1:40mins for a full charge but now it takes upto 3 hrs whilst showing super fast charger connected and charging time 1:40 mins.
