Every country has its laws... Russia has a new law which installs Yandex apps and has another law which doesn’t allow to use Bixby Voice.

We have Samsung's RCS not Google's RCS. Google's RCS means Google Message app specially made for Samsung devices following oneUI design elements. If anyone wants they can use Google RCS by installing this app(https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc/messenger-google-inc/messenger-google-inc-8-0-055-release/m...) made by Google for Samsung devices.
